We're looking forward to seeing people who would like to come to a service. Things will be different, and Elders will be there to guide you.
Our services will be held in the Sullivan Hall with additional seats in the Wee Hall where the service can be viewed on the screen in there. The number of seats is quite limited in total (because of safe distancing) so we'd like anyone planning to attend any service to contact the office first, please, either by:
? emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
? phoning 0141 639 6555 and leaving a message
We'll need the names and phone number of each person so that we can contact you if necessary.
It's vital that you leave your message before 10am on the Friday before the Sunday service, as messages left after this time may not be picked up until the following week (Pam, our Administrator, is working from home). If more people than we have seats for try to book, we'll start a waiting list for the following Sunday.
We'll be keeping a register of who attends each service too so that if anyone present develops COVID this will help with tracing contacts. We will keep this information for 4 weeks and then destroy it.
Please remember that we are following government and Church of Scotland guidance and things can change quickly so we may need to make changes...
And, finally, blue badge holders will be able to drive to the hall but everyone else is asked to use the main car park
